Join the team of this Primary Care group of community health centers providing medical care to all individuals without respect to socioeconomic status. They employ over 250 people, have over 70 providers, and treat over 35,000 patients annually. This need is based on expansion at their 420 bed community hospital.
- 7 on, 7 off block scheduling: 7:30a – 7:30p
- 15-16 shifts per month, working approximately 4-5 evening shifts per month
- Census: 12-15 patients per shift + admits (2-4 per shift)
- Mid-level support
- Open ICU: just run Codes with no procedures required (handled by Critical Care doctor)
- State-of-the-art Meditech Electronic Medical Records
- Compensation package: $240,000 + Quality Measures + all benefits
- Monthly stipend of $1500 while still in residency!
