• 4-Day Work Week – 32 clinic hours for work-life balance
• Base Salary: $250,000 with $300,000+ first year earning potential

Your Role:

• Provide hands-on care, including OMT and joint injections
• Educate patients on wellness and prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Use EPIC EHR (preferred) to maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified/Eligible in Osteopathic Medicine
• Proficiency in OMT, general patient care, and pain management
