• Work 4 days a week in the hospital
• ½ day per week in the outpatient clinic
• Reasonable patient load: 15–20 hospital patients per day
• Assigned to only 1–2 hospitals out of the 14 the group covers
• Shared call schedule: 1 in 4 weekends
• Majority of your time will be dedicated to inpatient care
